White Sans is a post-D7 boss which represents the negative of Nightmare, White Sans is located directly behind Nightmare's door in the Determined 7. Upon defeat, White Sans drops the MILK BLASTER. Despite being a recolour of Nightmare, White Sans has a few key differences in his fight. For example, he has no second phase meaning he is killed normally without Dream Sans.
