Ryuzaki is a supporting antagonist in the V2 Chronicles Series. He is a member of The Prophets, and one of two members of Inner Heaven assigned to be the Prophets' political ambassadors, the other being his colleague Hikari. Most of their political work involves making sure the Phoenix Project runs smoothly and manipulating groups like the Consulate or the United Nations. Hikari oversees the United Assembly of the UN, while Ryuzaki oversees the Security Council. They mutually control the Consula
