The 2019 GP4 BTCC Offline Championship is the third official season of the tier. It will use the BTCC 1993 mod for the first ever time after the first 2 seasons used the BTCC 1990 mod. The tier will be hosted by Joseph Willows a.k.a. JW97. Points are awarded to the top ten classified finishers using the following structure: Italic means that the driver set the fastest lap in the race. Bold means that the driver took pole position in the qualifying. 1 means that the driver lead a lap in the race.
Ash Sutton becomes a three-time BTCC champion with Laser Tools Racing and Team HARD.
